Description:We are looking for a talented developer to support our growing needs with SalesForce CRM for Marketing, Sales and Service purposes. This opportunity requires a developer with an aptitude towards discerning business needs, has excellent problem solving abilities, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask. This individual works with stake holders in the sales, operations, and marketing teams. Sole responsibility for implementing solutions and develop solutions that meet the requirements of cross-functional stake holders. Work with application vendors for enhancements and bug resolution.
Position requires work on projects enhancing the functionality of SFDC by developing features (triggers, workflow rules, custom objects, dashboard customization, security architecture, etc.)
Maintenance is minimal- user administrator, troubleshooting user issues, and providing recommendations for efficiencies.
SKILLS:
Mandatory:
SalesForce CRM experience
4 years Bachelor degree in engineering is required.
Minimum 4 years total IT experience and 3 years SFDC
Good to have knowledge on requirements discussion participation from users and designing solutions on SFDC
3-4 projects will be on this person's plate at any given time
Good to have knowledge on Service Cloud, Eloqua, Clicktools etc.
