Define training strategy together with client project manager, subject matter experts and implementation partners
Analyse existing training material
Analyse processes and job roles and define role specific blended learning curricula per business unit
Detailed planning of all training activities and alignment with project plan
Controlling of resources, activities, milestones and final check of deliverables
Development plan and effort estimation
Option for next phase:
