Core Skills
- Previous Business Analysis experience is mandatory and experience of delivering in a large project or programme environment
- Experience of managing and reporting project risks and issues
- Flexible worker able to meet deadlines at short notice and Ability to work on initiative and take ownership of deliverables
- Excellent organisational skills and good time management skills
- Flexible team player with positive 'can do' attitude and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills - ability to communicate without project and programme jargon when required
- Experience in requirements gathering and data analysis mandatory

- Mapping as-is existing Processes and ability to embed processes.

- Capable of identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Previous Operations and Financial Services experience
- Ability to plan and deliver training and development
