For an international company we are looking for an Process manager with the following experiences and skills:- Automotive Manufacturing Management experience at OEM or Tier One
- Has managed multi locations teams in different countries/ continents simultaneously
- Has managed people from different countries and cultures to own
- Flexible on location and prepared to travel without parameters (main location: Valašské Mezi?í?í, CZ; also Mindelheim Germany and in future China)
- Speaks and writes fluently in German and English, excellent communicator
- Has built and led teams across multi location areas of responsibility
- Has quantifiable experience of building and implementing PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) and other continuous improvement programs (5S, Toyota System, Changemanagement, …)
- Has quantifiable experience of developing people from other countries and cultures
- Hands on and "can do" attitude and energy
- Team player who has intellect to participate in development of the business on broader scale than job responsibilities, potentially your deputy.
- He is familiar with the production processes of plastic products, preferable PUR moulded foam.
- He managed the optimization of material flow in automotive mass production and is familiar with the logistic processes as 1st Tier supplier to all OEMs
