Conception and implementation of an Excel or Access reporting tool



Position & Consulting Level Junior Consultant or Consultant. Conceptional and technical oriented Consultant. Programming in xls and access. No Senior.



Project Description Create an easy to understand and performant monthly reporting from three different data sources including several thousands of lines of structured billing data



Project Tasks

• Establishing transparency of IT costs of a service provider and identification of cost drivers

• Originator based allocation of invoice/cost position to single countries and headquarters

• Classification of single detailed cost position and aggregation into significant steering positions

• Illustration and mapping of price-quantities matrices behind each cost position (option for a differentiated volume analysis)

• Drill down functionality into aggregated position (costs and volumes) into basic data



Qualification & Experience (in order of importance)

• Conceptional skills (reporting concept)

• Relevant experience / reference of previous projects



Technical Know-how (in order of importance)

• Advanced Excel and Acces programming experience
