Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2681 for a Business Analyst (f/m) for the CLS services.Project environment
A global Swiss Bank.
Tasks
• Perform business analysis, impact analysis and various analytical activities for CLS services in relation to legal structure changes.
• Define, coordinate and implement all business related activities to enable successful go live of the banking CLS services, along the target operating model and the program deliverables, including requirements management, acceptance testing, operational go live readiness, etc.
• Define, coordinate and execute and assess various test scenarios in a complex and global test environment, ensure end-to-end integration with downstream and upstream applications and manage defect handling process.
• Document new processes for education and audit purposes.
• Understand cross dependencies to ensure smooth transition phase.
• Provide regular progress reporting as per project delivery framework.
Requirements
• Understand the fundamentals of FX business preferably in the area of clearing and settlement. Detailed knowledge / expertise specific to CLS clearly seen as an advantage.
• Proven experience in business analysis and project management within a complex banking environment (business mix; Retail, Wealth Management, Investment Bank).
• Flexibility to adapt changes in implementation priorities.
• Professional preparation and documentation of meetings, agreements and actions.
• MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as efficient usage of methods for information sharing.
• Delivery focused, hands-on and self-driven, pro-active personality.
• Strong analytical capabilities as well as skills to structure complex topics and tasks.
• Good stakeholder manager with strong communication skills (English and preferably German).
