We have an exciting opportunity for a Dispatcher to join a leading telecommunications organisation based in Berlin, Germany.

The purpose of the role will be to act as an interface between the Customers and ensure a timely execution of all incoming work orders within the agreed customer SLA (service level agreements).

Key responsibilities of the Dispatcher will be to;

• Control inserts of the field service technician
• Prioritisation and tracking of orders, taking into account the deadline
• Coordination of dates with customers, service providers and carriers
• Coordination of the necessary access permissions
• Editing and maintenance of jobs in the trouble ticket system and the order tool
• Creating jobs in computer systems such as SAP
• Preparation of weekly reports, evaluations and statistics
• Management and coordination of materials and spare parts supply in the field of service, including the required posting transactions

To be successful in this position, you will have the following;

• Completed vocational training in IT system Electronic or similar
• Experience in planning of fault management
• Knowledge of basic network structures in the fixed and mobile communications

This role will require you to work on a shift rotation so you must be flexible with working hours and be able to work night shifts.
