An Excellent position has arisen for a Site Acquisition Manager to work for a Market leading Telecommunications company, based at their Prestigious location in Dusseldorf.

Essential Experience:
Site Acquisition experience, especially for T02 and E Plus
German and English Speakers required
Key Tasks.
Site Acquisition Manager Duties:
- Ensures Site Acquisition activities meet customer and client requirements.
- Leads permitting processes with local authorities.
- Participates in meetings with local authorities as required.
- Prepares together with project manager and regional project manager roll out schedule based on realistic lead times.
- Ensures Site Acquisition and permitting resources are properly considered and demand plan is prepared.
- Interface for Site Acquisition and permitting service suppliers.
- Responsible for following up their performance.
- Organizes trainings and provide support to the local Site Acquisition and permitting
service suppliers as required.
- Agrees model site drawings with the project team and lease fee frames with customer.
- Agrees with customer site Acquisition Manager on lease approval process.
- Reviews and discusses progress of lease approvals and resolves open issues.
- Participation in customer meetings as required.
- Manages the Site Acquisition and permitting process according to agreed time schedule with customer.
- Make sure all tools are used correctly and all data related to Site Acquisiton/Permitting is up to date.
- Ensure Site Acquisition and permitting documents control and storage system set up and used properly.
- Ensures legal documents are stored securely. Implements and enables project specific
- Site Acquisition/Permitting site-documentation.
