Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2668 for a Business Analyst (f/m) with strong documentation skills.Project environment
A Business Analyst analyses any business related processes that include banking, organizational, application- related and other operational processes and procedures and develops proposals for change or enhancement. This role would typically be found in a project environment.
Tasks
• Information gathering activities such as surveying, analysing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data.
• Documenting as is and to be processes and business requirements documents.
• Maintain structure and reference for all Business case input.
• Supporting project management tasks and testing activities and administration.
• Manage the creation and completion of the Business Case to support a large application replacement project.
Deliverables
• Co-ordination across multiple stakeholders, including senior management to obtain relevant information needed to complete the Business Case.
• Process and Business Case documentation, according to banking standard templates and methodology within tight timelines.
• Business requirements documentation.
• Co-ordinate and support UAT testing of new functionality for the Compliance & Operational Risk Tool and new Reporting tool roll out.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in the financial industry.
• Business Analyst with PMO background would be ideal.
• Documentation experience on the business case side.
• UAT testing experience is a plus.
• Experience with Confluence is a plus.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
