Our client is a division of a leading automotive manufacturer and develops and markets a range of mobility solutions in 26 cities throughout the globe. To keep pace with the rapid growth of this division, our client is looking to hire a new development team tasked with developing and deploying new features across all architecture tiers within the billing department.
Role: Java Developer (m/f)
Tasks:
*Development of new software features
*Support the full life cycle development of highly-transactional software applications
*Documentation of developed functionality and modules
*Write well-designed, testable efficient code
*Support the preparation and releases of software components
*Working within a Scrum development process
Skills:
*Excellent experience in Java6 or Java7
*Some experience of or affinity to working within Agile/Scrum environments
*Experience with UML, Gradle, Subversion or Maven, EJB and Webservices (REST)
*Knowledge of JUnit Testing
*Knowledge in one of the following databases - DB2, MySQL, Oracle or Prostgresql
*Some knowledge in Front End (Angular JS or Struts)
*Fluent English (German nice-to-have)
*Project experience in billing, eCommerce or finance projects nice-to-have
*Communicative and creative personality who enjoys working in multicultural and agile development teams
Start: as soon as possible, latest 1.10.14
