Beschreibung:Definition (down to work-instruction level) and implementation support for the source code review process in the legacy environment includinig difficult and complex stakeholder management ranging from up to 300 application owners to top-management in a high-visibility legal compliance project in the Bank.
Profil:
- Responsibility for and implementaton of developemnt guidelines in a legacy software environment
- Proven Record of successful management in software development in the mainframe area
- Strong project- and program management skills
- excellent stakeholder management skills- profound knowledge of traditional (""Waterfall"") as well as agile (SCRUM) project methodologies
- Business fluent in German and English
- Ability to thinking out-of-the-box- Board-Level presentation skills
