Project environment
A Swiss Bank is looking for a Business Analyst Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM). The Business Analyst provides questions and techniques to efficiently extract the information needed from business in order to conduct the project successfully.
Tasks
• Requirements engineering within CRM (Focus: Compliance (Account Opening Process, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Concept for cross unit relationship etc.) Front, CDS Projects and Small Changes).
• Acts according to the working instructions/task from the PL and reports progress to the PL.
• Converts the business requirements into business specifications: Identifies and documents business & client requirements, conducts business and/or functional gap analysis.
• Builds and conducts functional and user acceptance tests.
• Prepare training of new functionalities (project) to CRM users (incl. Release Notes, concept & documentation).
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial industry (thereof at least 3 years in the area of CRM and/or in Legal & Compliance projects).
• Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems in Banks (Switzerland as a Financial Centre & International / Private Banking)
• Basic knowledge in Project Management (IPMA Level C) would be desirable.

• Exact and autonomous approach of work, high demand of quality.
• Assertive and team-minded.
• A good command of German and English (both written and spoken).
