The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Assist BDMs in the processing or completion of the following sales related activities:
o Process new leads and letters of authorizations (LOAs)/Customer set up
o Process pricing requests and forward to prospects and customers as needed.
o Update customer billing and contact information in Siebel.
o Request Credit approvals; assist with resolving issues.
o Generate contracts and forward them to customers and/or BDMs.
o Coordinate Channel conflict resolution.
o Assist in the management and responses to RFPs. - Work with Data Management Team to resolve usage data issues
- Coordinate Legal Approval Requests for BDMs
- Work with Pricing Team to resolve pricing issues
- Create Service Requests to address post-deal customer issues - billing, tax exemption.
- Follow up on outstanding customer issues.
- Create ad-hoc reports or queries as needed.
- Offer suggestions and insights to improve sales processes.
Qualifications (Experience, Competencies, Skills, Education):
- College degree.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well with a wide variety of people
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Strong passion for sales and a strong winning attitude.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience using databases.
