KPI Acceptance and Optimisation Engineer
My client, a leader in the field of telecommunications, is currently seeking a KPI Acceptance and Optimisation Engineer in Dusseldorf, Germany on a contract basis.
The KPI Acceptance and Optimization team is responsible in the acceptance process and optimization for the radio performance of the newly installed RBS6000.
Role Responsibilities:
- Take action on failed KPI-reports
- Identify installation errors (eg swapped feeder)
- Discuss with end client the proposed optimization measures
- Communicate with the customer to get RFC (Ready for Customer) or conditional RFC
- Interface to local KPI & Tuning team and Back Office reading all radio performance issues and radio network planning issue
- Implement knowledge transfer towards the customer
Required Experience:
- Senior knowledge and experience in Radio Network Planning and Optimization for GSM, WCDMA, LTE
- Good process knowledge about all NRO (network rollout) processes
- Senior understanding of database management, radio network planning and optimization tools and field measurement tools
- Strong knowledge in NRO/KPI & Tuning projects
- Very good English communication skills
Due to the nature of work involved, a command of the German language is involved.
