Solution Architect - Oracle IAM, Identity Access Manager
My client, a world renowned global organisation in Prague is seeking a Solution Architect with an outstanding technical background in Oracle Identity Access Manager. The successful candidate will have Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Oracle Identity Federation (OIF), and extensive experience with Identity and Access Management projects.
Requirements for the role are as follows:
*Technical Architect to drive the adoption by business applications of Identity and Access management Infrastructure.
*Interfaces with application managers and the established IAM Foundation architecture team to perform application architecture assessment and recommend onboarding solutions.
*Drives application owners to onboard their application as efficiently as possible.
*The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong command of soft skills for communicating, negotiating and influencing.
*The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong command of a wide range of technical skills related to architecting solutions.
*Identifies architectural solutions that are likely to contribute to the development of new IAM concepts.
*Stay abreast on the latest industry trends and best practices in Identity and Access Management.
*Interfaces with all levels of management to negotiate applications requirements, priorities and solutions. May interface with department/business to identify and coordinate onboarding activities. Is able to effectively relate his/her technical expertise to varying organizational needs.
*Ability to work independently to define, manage, and complete activities.
*Takes action to resolve customer problems or concerns in a timely manner that exceeds normal expectations.
*Maintains clear and open communications with project teams members and customers.
