My client, a world renowned global organisation based in Prague is seeking a Technical writer to implement a consolidated resource scheduling tool for conference, video conferencing and ordering of services for meetings and events.
Responsibilities are as follows:
- Assists Project Manager, Business Analyst and Solution Architect with writing and editing technical documentation.
- Follows established practices and principles.
- Assist with modifications to existing technical documentation.
- Work is assigned and general instructions given for routine work; more detailed instruction is provided for new projects.
- Applies knowledge of company policies and standard practices to resolve problems.
- Analyzes issues and uses judgment to make decisions.
- Escalates non-standard problems or issues.
