For our client we are looking for a Solution Analyst - SAP Retail / Master Data (m/f) for Stuttgart:
Aufgaben:
Engage key stakeholders to qualify potential business requirements and needs
Lead group discussions and engage stakeholders from all functional areas of the business, and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in one-on-one and group settings
Work with business stakeholders to define, refine, validate, and document business requirements. Ensure alignment, acceptance and approval of all business requirements by appropriate business stakeholders
Map business requirements to potential technology-based solutions, and identify opportunities for additional process improvements
Working alone or with project management, develop project proposals, plans, and timelines, including estimates of staff effort required for completion
Produce finalised solution design - process, functional, data, service and operational as required
Provide high-quality solutions and deliverables within defined timelines and budget, ensuring that project scope is delivered as expected and in a controlled fashion
Where required, lead and motivate a small team of other solution analysts to deliver project goals
Ensure that the delivery of outputs from the programme/projects meet the programme/projects objectives and business requirements. Ensure deliverables are to the appropriate quality, are delivered on-time and within budget
Report progress of work according to the defined governance structure
Define, deliver and support the test scenarios during the project test phase
Ensure that the delivered solution is fit for purpose, that end-users are properly trained in the use of the solution and that it is delivered into a structured service management framework so that it is supportable
Skills:
- Educated to degree level
- Minimum of 5 years’ solid experience of successfully delivering IT programmes and IT projects gained in a commercial environment
- Experience in SAP environments a plus
- Numerate and highly PC literate
- Effective influencing, communications and networking skills, in verbal and written forms in an international context. Ability to tailor to different audiences and communication delivery media, such as presentations, WebEx, teleconferences, email
- IT related studies or comparable practical experience
- Excellent knowledge in solution design
- Strong general understanding in retail and/or wholesale business processes, and particularly in the master data processes and requirements that support this
- Strong analytical and planning skills combined with an independent, objective and process-oriented way of working
- Good communication and coordination strength as well as assertiveness
- Ability to work in an international / multicultural team
- Ability to work under pressure as well as results orientated
- Good presentation skills
- Fluent English language skills
Desirable Knowledge & Skills:
- Project management skills and experience
- Experience of working on SAP programmes/projects
- General SAP skills in the following areas: SAP ERP ideally IS-Retail.
- Specific SAP skills in core master data areas: article master, business partner, site master etc
- Ability to solve innovative ways of solving or pre-empting problems
