Agile eCommerce Business Analyst (Hybris) - eCommerce, 3-6 months contract in Beijing, China
Hybris/Agile eCommerce Business Analyst for immediate contract opening working on large scale eCommerce platform project with UK/International team in Beijing
Looking for strong eCommerce Domain experience, extensive agile experience and strong consultancy/client stakeholder management skills. Strong Agile experience for requirements gathering, analysis, design, EPiCs, JIRA or other story tool, Sprint Planning, Storypoint estimating, SCRUM process, groom backlog, show and tells etc. with strong retail eCommerce domain experience.
E-commerce Technical Business Analyst with Agile, UML and E-commerce project experience.
- Proven previous working experience as a Technical Business Analyst and Hybris experience
- Experience in successfully leading requirement elicitation workshops is essential
- Candidate must be comfortable in challenging customer requirements in order to truly understand the underlying needs of the business and arrive at the best possible solution for the client
- Demonstrable experience in writing requirements specifications for Retail Information Systems.
- This includes producing the following:
- High level business requirements document
- Detailed functional design document
- Workflow/business process flow diagrams
- A proven track record in Software Development and end to end experience of the project life cycle
- Candidate must be an exceptionally clear communicator including facilitation, presentation and written skills and must have the ability to be pragmatic and drive strong scope management disciplines
- Experience of testing the developed solution to ensure it meets requirements and client expectations
