Functional Business Analyst SAP CRM/Billing
Key skills:
-Bilingual German/English mandatory
- strong technical know-how with good understanding of business needs
- wide experience and functional knowledge with CRM and Billing tools in SAP
- experience within the financial industry
- knowledge with database technologies (eg Oracle) incl. development
- several years of experience in the above
- attention to detail and data accuracy
- documentation, as required to write an analysis document detailing the mapping of the data from one system to another
- strong project management skills
About the role:
- assessment of the administrative CRM system landscape used for contract management, sales support, billing and management reporting
- understanding of all functional aspects of the CRM system landscape, and associated interfaces
- creation of a migration plan for the CRM data from one proprietary system to another proprietary system
- writing of a analysis document detailing the required mapping to support the migration
- implementation of the migration, including data clean-up where appropriate
