Knowhow transfer for two weeks in montreal
Project description:
Operation of several IT Data Centers
Tasks:
• Tickets are opened mainly by the system (automatic)
• Administration of Linux Server with Apache
Mainly 2nd Level tasks, Troubleshoothing in Linux , Apache, Tomcat
Must-Have-Skills:
• Good communication skills in English (both in word and writing)
• Experience in ServiceNow or similar ITIL based operations tool for Incident management.
• Basic Apache, TomCat and Windows server experience
• Basic network, virtualization and backup knowledge
Analytical troubleshooting mind able to correlate monitoring alerts and determine possible causes
Linux LPI-1 at a minimum. LPI-2 preferred.
