A global Swiss Bank is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will enhance an existing program front to back coordination team which analyzes/implements regulatory requirements in the field of OTC derivatives reform. Main focus will be the upcoming Swiss infrastructure regulation FinfraG but also other regulations affecting the banking locations are in scope of the role.
Tasks
Main goal will be to understand the requirements out of the FinfraG regulation together with Operations and Business/Legal representatives and to interpret them into IT impacts and create, review specifications to support the shaping of solutions with which the bank will ensure compliance with the regulations.
Requirements
• 5 years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Regulatory and OTC derivatives knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders in senior management with different understandings and targets.
• Team leader / team player.
• Can-do attitude.
• Going the extra mile attitude, being flexible to solve broad issues proactively and seeking support independently.
• Ability to perform under strong pressure to varying short term deadline.
