Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2537 for a Business Analyst (f/m) for RM Front Workplace ProgramProject environment
In this program, a Swiss Bank is planning to develop a professional tool based prototype of a new integrated and global Front Workplace for the RM (Relationship Managers), considering User experience, enhanced User interface design, Web user interface design, Mobile user interface design, Usability and gamification.
Tasks
• Business Analysis in the following areas:
o Advisory Process (the bank’s process landscape).
o Front Processes (detailed processes within the Advisory Process).
o Front Workplace (the new integrated RM Workplace).
o New Bank’s Core Banking Platform.
• Business concepts.
• Business specifications.
• Gap analysis.
Requirements
Must have:
• Profound experience as Business Analyst in the financial industry.
• Know-how in the following areas:
o Advisory Process.
o Front Processes.
o Integrated Front Workplace.
o Platform Projects.
o Global Rollouts.
• Experience in writing business concepts, business specifications and gap analysis.
Advantageous:
• Prototyping experience.
• Experience with platform vendors.
Soft skills
• Teamplayer.
• Fluent in German and English.
