Your tasks:
- Maintain the Work Breakdown Structure and task structure for a capital project
- Responsible for collection of monthly cost and progress information and preparation of a total monthly project status (cost, progress …) including variance analysis and trend analysis
- Compile and issue monthly reports
- Establish work program and yearly budget for the project
- Maintain prognosis and variance analysis against the approved budget
- Contribute to Change Management in the project
- Contribute to coordinated and good work-processes in the interface towards other department
- Support the Project Manager in the production of project reports including project monthly and quarterly reports and the project completion report
Your qualifications
- Education level: engineer or similar technical education
- Very good knowledge of Excel and JDE
- Experienced within the pharmaceutical industry
