Proteus Europe, acting as an I.T recruitment agency, are urgently seeking a Business Process Analyst to work for a large insurance company based in Munich, Germany.In order to be considered for this opportunity you must have strong experience and understanding of the Insurance Domain and strong technical experience working with Lean Six Sigma.
Your experience must also include the following:
o 5 years+ experience with business process analysis and design including proven analytical, Conceptual and problem-solving skills (Six Sigma / OPEX Black Belt Certification is a plus)
" Experience with developing process workflow diagrams and documenting "as is" and " to be"
o Proven project management experience including scope control
o Experience of working in a multi-national/global organisation.
o Customer-focused and solution-oriented team player
o Minimum of 5 years of related business experience for process engineering and
Project management
o Experience in international environments and corporate insurance / reinsurance
o Fluent in German and English
o Willingness to travel
o University degree
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good customer facing skills, proactive thinker, strong leadership, self-motivated and must be a team player with professional disposition.
Brief about project, roles & responsibilities:
" Main responsibilities will be successful management of the delivery work stream (Process Analysis sub-work stream), root cause analysis and preparation of solution option paper. The process analyst will report to Process Analyst Lead.
