Business Analyst for Front Office (FO) Web Program (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Documenting Business Requirements in Program and Policy requirements
- Supporting existing BA team in 4 eyes check in preparation and testing
- Working with the business SME's to create and document detailed Business Requirements, analysis of requirements and deliver within the defined template
- Coordinate with other BAs to ensure four eyes check on detailed requirements, documents written by new BA and documents written by other BA's to ensure validation/completeness
- Coordinate with IT SME to responsible transition of business requirements to IT for functional requirements to be documented, responsibile for ensuring templates are signed off by necessary business SME's and project sponsors
- Creating test scripts for UAT and be responsible for liasing with project SME's and business user testers to ensure test scripts are tangible
- Participating in pre-UAT testing
Your qualifications
- Experience with digitalization and web/portal technology
- Confirmed/good experience with documenting business requirements
- Technical understanding
- Good experience in writing test scripts for portal technology
