Purpose and Description:
The NICE Performance Management, Sr Analyst (Merced) will ensure the application is configured correctly for the applicable deployment. This includes sharing the current design, determining any gaps, collecting requirements to resolve gaps, training on product capabilities, testing the application supporting deployment and providing post deployment support
Additional requirements are to ensure that data required to populate the application is correct and provided to NICE PM correctly
Essential Functions:
Ensure business requirements are captured and included in application design.
Present info to business partners related to design progress, development, and application configuration
Support business partners in application usage, implementation, and adoption
Coordinate project work efforts between IT, business support teams, and business partners
Responsible for capturing seed info for initial loads of application data
Ensure business support in testing/validation
Ensure business support in system training
Required Experience:

10 years of NICE Performance Management (Merced) experience in a production environment.*this is from the business side not necessarily from a hands on perspective.*
.*with a BA/BS Degree only 4 years is required*
Must show that they have worked in a SDLC project/environment.
Ability to identify key data needs to ensure correct data is being made available to the application
Must have demonstrated experience working with Testers and in validating Testing results then communicating that information to the various end user business groups.
General Project Management knowledge.*This is NOT a PM role they just need to know the in's and out's of a Project Management process and life cycle this will be discussed during the interview.*
Preferred Experience:

BA/BS Degree
Experience with the full Merced Performance Suite of application not just Performance Managment
Experience in contact center operations
Experience in Health Care Industry.
Experience in database management.
Required Education:
HS Diploma or GED
