PROJECT ADMINISTRATION/SUPPORT FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY - DUSSELDORF OR DORTMUND
Tasks and responsibilities
* Coordination, coordination and interface between contractor and client departments (Civil Works, Site Acquisition, radio network planning, planning offices)
* Responsible for the request and maintenance of existing documents and the coordination and ensure the provision of these documents

* Review of performance and consumption evidence of subcontractors involved and preparation for the subsequent payment runs
* Support for the timely construction and handover of the site to the customer documentation
* Operation of the customer interface; Maintenance of regular contact with customers to quickly and flexibly to offer additional services and can generate in this way new and additional business
Required competencies
* Technical/commercial training or equivalent qualification
* Some experience in service coordination desirable
* Good understanding and experience of the relationships of the regional customer base
* Practiced dealing with databases for targeted monitoring of dates
* Structured approach, business thinking and cost awareness
* Basic knowledge in Quality Management desirable
* Experience in management of subcontracting, in the coordination of internal resources as well as dealing with customers in the telecommunications industry and their business situation as network operators are desirable
* Good communication skills, teamwork
* Safe use of modern data (eg databases, SAP, MS Office)
GERMAN AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIRED
