Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for quality, costs and timing within project phases of projects with high complexity (complexity arise from indicators technology/ innovations, internationality, number of customer, economic dept ratio, team size)
- Plan, control and track the following projects: acquisition and/ or development
- Meet agreed project targets
- Achieve customer and company milestones
- Achieve customer initial sampling (PPAP) approval according to schedule
- Plan and meet project annual budgets
- Assure use of standards processes, methods and tools
- Lead of cross-functional project teams
- Change management
- Trigger cost approval within budget frame
- Meet product platforms and use of standards parts
- Resource planning
- Identify project risks and plan/ track counteractions
- Responsible for execution of project tasks
- Present and represent project internally (within steering committee) and towards, supplier
- Prepare gateway and steering committee meetings and assure contents
- Escalation level for customer
- Mentor of customer processes for project
Your Profile:
- Academic studies
- Professional experience within automotive (R+D, sales, production, testing,...)
- Well-founded economic knowhow
- Act entrepreneurially
- Ability to understand complex technical issues
- Well-founded knowledge of product evolution process (PEP)
- Think and act process oriented
- Very good command of English
- Enthusiasm and communication skills
- Constructive conflict resolution
- Planning (schedules, costs)
- Leadership experience with line/ dotted - line authority

- Confident use of company PM tools
