Dear Madame or Sir,for a Banking Client we are searching a Business Analyst for a 6 months Project, starting in April with following requirements.
Suggest design solutions
To participate and facilitate the walkthrough' to brief the Functional Specification mapping to Business Requirements.
To prepare and / or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements
To prepare the functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage.
To understand the business requirements and map it to functional specifications.
Business Analyst:
1. Proactively drive FMS Solution Requirements E2E delivery / business analysis activities incl. planning activities, establishing nd driving governance,regular status reporting, tracking of deliverables, etc.
2. Proactive identification of risks and definition of mitigation strategies.
3. Proactive preparation and re-definition of daily / weekly progress tracking sheets in close alignment with repective team members across all streams (Requirements Management, Requirements Analysis, Requirements Validation)
4. Preparation , execution and wrap-up of status and project management related meetings. Preparation of meeting minutes, tracking of open / pending activities
5. Manage project related requests / questions and andress them to stakeholders
6. Monitor and approve Quality Gates
Entry Criteria
*Experienced Senior Business Analyst with proven BA skills e.g. International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) - minimum certification level similar to "Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA®) Designation
*Experienced Project Manager with proven PM skills e.g. PRINCE, IPMA , PMP certification - minimum certification level similar to "Project Management Professional (PMP®)
*SWIFT knowlege (FIN, FileAct, Interact) on message types, workflows, message processing, message routing based on rules / attributes
