Project leader Primove Automotive (m/f) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Project lead for the development and integration of the Primove 3,6kW automatic charging system in 2 PHEV concept cars
- Coordination of 10 engineers to deliver a complete system existing of pickup, charging pad and controls
- Budget responsibility
- Face to the OEM-customer on weekly basis
- Co working on daily base with other Primove Engineering departments: Pre-development, System and Testing
- Liaison in matrix structure with other Primove departments like procurement, operations and business development
- Help expand automotive organisation in close cooperation with Director Engineering Primove
- Reporting to Director Engineering Primove
Your qualifications
- Experience as product engineering experience in automotive e-mobility charging systems (controls, water cooling, wayside installation…)
- Strong experience in (SW) development process according IEC 62508, ISO 26262, Spice Level III
- Master Degree in Electromechanical Engineering
- Experience in budget responsibility and daily managing a group of 10 FTE in a multi-project, innovative and international
- Environment
- Good communicator, motivator, listener, strong verbal and written English and German
- Willingness to travel
- Strong overview and contacts of technology supplier, and institutes
