Tätigkeit:
• E-mail infrastructure and protocols
• Digital certificates
• Creating specifications and statements of work
• Working with security and compliance policies
• Experience in the management of small to medium sized projects favourable
• Communicating cross-department in a targeted way
• Fluent conversation skills in English is a must (written and spoken)
• Good German communication skills
• Knowledge in cryptography favourable
• Knowledge about DMARC implementation favourable
• Overview of role
• We require a business analyst with advanced technical skills to evaluate business as well as technical requirements, to work out specifications and to support implementation. The specifications will be developed in collaboration with technical specialists of the project team and business departments.
• IT applications which are entitled to automatically send out e-mails shall use a SecureEmail framework for this purpose. This framework is used to sign and, if specifically required by the application, encrypt the mails sent.
• Objective is to analyse and document the business and technical requirements in detail, design the solution and write the functional and development specifications. Applications in scope must be analysed together with the business owner and an application on-boarding plan must be created. For applications which are not in compliance with the e-mail formatting requirements, an application customisation kit for use by the business owner shall be created.
