Project environment
You will work in a team with the vision to enable better performance of the company through more efficient and effective usage of information. The client, a global insurance company, is introducing SharePoint 2013 for personal information management, team collaboration, and publishing. As Information & Collaboration Consultant you provide consultancy services to internal customers that represent teams or business units. Your service will help our users in getting the most value out of SharePoint by enabling a smooth introduction, high adoption, and optimal utilization of the new capabilities for information management and collaboration.
Tasks
• Assist in Delivering SharePoint Startup Sessions.
• Assist in Requirements Analysis of SharePoint Site Requests.
• Ad hock consulting sessions.
• Authoring knowledge base articles, documentation's and reports.
• Provide web support and actively contribute to the support and power user community.
Requirements
• Substantial knowledge of SharePoint with minimum of 3 years of working experience, ideally including SharePoint 2013 experience.
• Experience in Site collection, site and OOB features of SharePoint.
• Understanding of key architectural models and concepts of SharePoint.
• Ability to translate business requirements into “no code deliverable solutions” using OOB features and advanced configurations.
• Experience in handling technical as well as non-technical clients, ideally as a Business Analysis role or a consultant role in web and enterprise content management area.
• Experience in working in a large organization, ideally in a global environment.
