- Supporting the central PMO preparing meetings and minutes
- Supporting planning and scheduling of project activities
- Tracking and reporting of project progress
- SharePoint data maintenance
- Preparation of process documentation
Your qualifications
- Basic SQL knowledge (MS Access)
- MS SharePoint (good user knowledge)
- MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
- Pivot tables
- V-look up
- Fluent English written and spoken
- IT Compliance
