Sehr geehrter Damen und Herren,für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Consultant (m/w) Application Support Services.
Service Description:
Operating Systems: Unix, Linux, HP-UX, Solaris, Windows Server
- Databases: Oracle 8,9,10; MySQL; MS-SQL, DB2, Sybase
- Middleware: WebSphere, Oracle OAS, Tomcat, IBM Webserver, Apache, JBoss
- Directory Services: LDAP
- Scripting: Shell, HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript
Application Support Services:
- Delivery of technical application infrastructure support for Customer applications in relation Central, De-central, Web based, Middleware applications, Application Provisioning solutions and systems
- Supplier should adhere to Incident Management Processes in relation to technical domain including the resolution of trouble tickets, reporting and input to Problem Management.
- Supplier to assist in Management of Problem tickets in relation to multiple or repeat incidents including root cause analysis
- Supplier to provide consulting and support for the Installation, implementation, administration, release, change, testing and distribution of software, patches, fixes and rollouts in a distributed network environment systems landscape
- Technical Product Responsibility
- Develop and maintain operational concepts for application landscapes
- Cooperation with projects and technical management of projects
- Management of small projects or sub-projects both National and International
- Documentation of Application landscapes as per agreed processes using appropriate templates and documentation standards
- Develop and maintain excellent working and communication relationships with internal and external customers
