Wir suchen für unseren Kunden aus der Automobilbrachne einen WebSphere-EntwicklereApplications: CON/LCON/PCON)
Must have:
Planning & Startup Support of JEE Applications
- Operation Support of eApplications and Infrastructure.
- Product Support for Proactive Infrastructure Framework.
- Planning, Preparation and Implementation of Application Specific Changes.
Nice to have
- Capacity Monitoring.
- Support for Web and Application Servers : IBM WebSphere, Apache web-server, IBM HTTP server, and IIS
- Interface with the customer for issue resolution, provide status updates, Build customer confidence in team’s ability to deliver in order to support high customer satisfaction
- ITIL V3 Process Knowledge and Related documentation
Technology Knowledge Requirement:
- Planning & Startup Support of JEE Applications
- Operations and Change Support.
- Hardware and Architecture Design for JEE Applications.
- Operation Support of eApplications and Infrastructure.
- Product Support for Proactive Infrastructure Framework.
- Planning, Preparation and Implementation of Application Specific Changes.
- Change, Release & Deployment Management for eApplications and the Infrastructure.
- System and Application Administration
- Capacity Monitoring.
- Support for Web and Application Servers : IBM WebSphere, Apache web-server, IBM HTTP server, and IIS
- Incident and Problem Management Support
- Documentation and Reporting
Process Knowledge
- ITIL Process and Standards
- Good knowledge on Incident , Problem and Change management process
- Knowledge on Remedy tool
Other activities
- Interface with the customer for issue resolution, provide status updates, Build customer confidence in team’s ability to deliver in order to support high customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Science Graduate with 9+ years of experience
- Technology Skills : JEE (Java Enterprise Edition), PAI Framework, IBM WebSphere App Server, Apache web-server, IBM HTTP server, IIS
- Proficient in German language
