Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2560 for a Service Manager/Project Manager for Records Management IT.Project environment
Records Management Development (RMD) is a global engineering & support organization within Records Management IT of a global Swiss Bank, comprising around 50 individuals located in Switzerland and Singapore. RMD provides capturing, archiving and retrieval solutions to Operations, Legal and Compliance functions. The application portfolio covers a wide range of technologies on Solaris, Linux, Wintel and zOS platforms along with 3rd party software to deal with multiple Petabytes of application and communication data.
Tasks
Service Management
• Responsible to process effort estimation requests.
• Responsible to process requests for 3rd party suppliers.
Resource Management
• Evaluate Resource Requests in collaboration with line managers and the requestors.
• Ensure that the staff planning is always up to date.
• Support the search and hiring process for additionally required external staff.
• Ensure an efficient on-boarding of new joiners.
Financials and Contract Management
• Run regular reports (actuals against planning) and lead the process to take appropriate measures in case of deviations.
• Regularly reconcile staff planning with financial planning.
• Responsible to administratively process contracts of external staff, track remaining budget and verify invoices.
Requirements
Profound experience in a global environment, especially in the following areas:
• Planning (financials and resources).
• IT Project Management skills.
• Contract management, outsourcing.
• e2e Software Development process.
• Conceptual expertise in Systems Engineering and IT infrastructure would be a plus.

• Efficient, effective and accurate work style.
