Aufgaben:

• You train the customer tool landscape for technicians coming from the
customer or external partners and also the transferred services to new
employees.
• Target is to train the technicians in such a way that they have the
needed knowledge to render services to customer satisfaction.
• Executes his function in close cooperation and regular coordination with
the T&T
