I have a role available for a prestigious client of mine based in Germany
Location: Frankfurt Germany
Length:6 months
Rate: euros per day
Tasks:
o PMO Administration
o Staffing (staffing calender, contracts, on/off-boarding)
o Space Management
o Reporting
o Hard- and Software requirements
o Administration of the CLIP SharePoint
o Scheduling of Meetings
o Budget (approved/planned/current/forecast)
o Test & Change Request Manament (HPQC, HPSM)
o Audit Support
o Controlling
o CATS
o COAX
o Timesheets/LEB
o SAP PS & RPM
o Support of Risk Management process
o Documentation Tasks (eg. Status Reporting)
o Project Management
o TFS (MS Team Foundation Server)
Skills:
* MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - professional
* Test-Management (basics)
* Release-Management (basics)
* HPQC (basics/nice to have)
* MS Sharepoint (basics/nice to have)
*TFS (basics/nice to have)
*SAP PS & RPM (nice to have)
