Für ein renommiertes Unternehmen im Bereich Nahrungsmittel am Standort Malchin suchen wir ab sofort eine/nSAP Bridging Site Coordinator (m/w)
Main responsibilities:
• Plan resources, meetings and workshop sessions for the location
• Ensure issue management and follow up as well as local planning and alignment
• Provide local management with information on project (progress, planning, activities on site)
• Manage the local team
• Integrate people and other resources to carry out the project
• Ensure local implementation objectives are met, on time and within budget
• Measure and monitor project progress regularly to identify variances from the plan and make needed corrections
• Contain and resolve issues within the project that do not require project sponsor attention
• Escalate risks and issues as and when necessary to appropriate responsible persons
• Communicate effectively with project sponsors and stakeholders on project status
• Work with the business to ensure the solution is successfully implemented and that the promised benefits and value are captured
Qualification profile:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a related field with minimum 3 years of project and change management
experience
• Active inquiry skills
• Demonstrated SAP and business knowledge and skills
• Analytical thinking & problem solving
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills together with building relationships at all levels
• Being a team player and a people motivator with the ability to influence others and lead a team
• A structured, organized, autonomous and open personality
• Fluent in German and in English (verbal/written)
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
