SAP SD Lead Consultant (German + English speaking – Onsite coordinator Hamburg
Tätigkeit: Role:
• Lead the SAP Application support and Maintenance project for a large customer having users across the globe.
• Lead support consultant for SAP SD module.
• Lead the coordinator and dispatcher role across teams.
Responsibilities:
• SAP SD specialist responsible for resolving 2nd level and 3rd level support issues.
• Dispatching work /Assigning tickets to both onsite & offshore support team members, after gathering required information.
• Coordinate with onsite-offshore teams to ensure effective utilization of resources and achieving desired service levels.
• Acquiring knowledge on customer’s business processes and enhancements in customer’s SAP system
• Transition SAP support & maintenance activities to offshore.
• Lead the Knowledge management initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should match the following criteria:
• Strong knowledge in SAP SD module and integrations with other MM, LE and FI modules
• Reasonable technical skills in ABAP development and good in debugging
• Extensive expertise in customizing order to cash process including Credit management, Rebates and agreements, Third part process, Inter-company process, Free goods, Rush orders and other special processes
• Good knowledge on customizing pricing, taxes, account determination, billing & settlements.
• Experience of working on a SAP system implemented across multiple countries and having several custom developments would be highly desirable.
• Experience of working on EDI/Idoc interfaces, Authorization, Archiving, SAP Queries, Batch job/scheduling monitoring would be an added advantage
• Experience on support & maintenance project would be an added advantage
• Knowledge on other modules such as MM, LE and FI would be an advantage
Soft Skills:
• Proven track of successful performance regarding customer satisfaction, quality deliverables and in time delivery
• Good presentation and communication skills, open minded with customer focus
• Learning capacity and the will to acquire new skills
• Fluent in English and German
Level of Education:
• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Management or equivalent
Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years of proven SAP SD experience in a customer facing role with large and/or multi-national organization
• SAP Certification desirable
• Experience in Consumer products, Pharmaceutical, Retail or Logistics would be added advantage
