Introduction: Introduce scrum rules & roles Explain Scrum meetings and artefacts Introduce Agile estimation approach Explain tool usage based on Jira Support for Creation of initial product backlog. Implementation: Conduct the first sprint support sprint planning and backlog grooming support sprint demo and retrospective introduce impediment backlog Improvement: Analyze maturity of scrum process and identify improvements Define adaptation measures and activities
