Major tasks and responsibilities of position
1. Ensure compliance with authorization and security Group Regulations (e.g. 2059, 2008, 1435)
2. Maintain user management and authorization concepts and processes.
3. Run authorization process and provide relevant documentation.
1. Compile process documentation
2. Maintain business approver groups
3. Customize authorization applications (SAP account data base,
Ad-Hoc-Tool).
4. Business contact for IT delivery.
5. Request, monitor and test role design implementations (change
management process)
6. Provide authorization design and process consultancy
(business and projects).
7. Support external and internal audits and ensure adequate response
to audit requirements.
8. Continuous improvement of authorization designs and concepts.
9. Compile and maintain SAP risk analysis
2. Qualification
• Profound knowledge of SAP system designs
• Business process competency and knowledge
• Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP (module independent)
authorization management, processes and role design
• Communication skills working with all levels of employees in a global
context (German and English)
• General consultancy skills (tools and methods) to serve as consultant to
the businesses of the BBS group and the service companies
• Good working experience with compliance tools, such as BizRights
