Regulatory Compliance Officer (economics or law Degree/Banking Experience/German Speaking)
Activities
Support the business areas in the implementation of regulatory requirements
Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with the regulatory requirements (focus EMIR) including internal regulations
Analysis and implementation of regulatory obligations and requirements, government regulations and internal guidelines to Regulatory Compliance
Report to the Executive Board and other relevant bodies
Support for the creation, development and maintenance of threat assessments
Support for the definition and ongoing development of know-your-customer principles support in the preparation of procedures regarding the prevention of violations of regulatory requirements
Information and training of employees to regulatory compliance issues
Qualifications/Skills
Degree (technical) university degree in economics or law
Several years of relevant work experience within a bank or audit firm
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to present complex information in an understandable form
Initiative, ability to work team orientated and analytical thinking and high level of commitment
Professionalism and ability of performing complex projects
Willingness to travel
Very good English and German spoken and written
