On behalf of our client, an international IT service provider, we are accepting applications for the following position in Germany (Mannheim):SAP PM Rollout Expert
Mandatory Functional Skills:
Requirements:10+ years experience. Expertise in SAP PM implementation and rollout.
Strong Diagnostics/Pharma industry background
Combination of SAP PM & QM skills are required.
Sound Knowledge on SAP Plant Maintenance Module
Hands on Knowledge of SAP Quality Management is a must. Experience in Calibration Process for inspection measuring and test equipment in Pharma/ medical device industry.
Ability to demonstrate the Industry best practices to the Customer using proven capabilities
Experience in change control procedures, non conformance, risk management, corrective and preventative actions, and validation practices.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent writing skills and must be a team player; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
Languages: Good English, German fluent & writing mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities:
Local cross-integration/alignment and communication to global team
Local Stakeholder Management
Provides process expertise and SAP Functional expertise
Represents the Global Template in the local site in front of the Key Users
Manages the local expectation / filtering of local requirements / defending the Global Template
Captures Gap Requirements
Classify and prioritize Gap requirements along with Key Users
Organize and manages the Fit Gap Workshops
Supports Key Users in Data Mapping
Responsible for creation of local Training material, training of Key Users
Review the training needs and likely number of participants
Coordinates local SOPs and facilitate Organizational Change Management
Creates and executes test cases
Supports Data Cleansing
Supports cut-over-activities
Post Go-Live support
Desirable Functional Skills
Preferable experience of working with German / European customers
