For our client we are looking for an Business Analyst with experience in QM and/or MM (m/f).
Aufgaben:
· Work as part of a team to implement SAP in European locations: train local ITC’s (super-users) to an adequate competence level on SAP functionality, learn and understand local business requirements from both a functional and legal perspective, propose solutions that satisfy customer’s needs.
· Support local ITC’s and users: root cause analysis, diagnosis and resolution of daily operational issues. Implement best practice and changes in term of SAP related processes in the region. Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the regional user community.
· Proactively identifying new functionalities that would enhance operations: test new functionality, coordinate system changes with Global Information System group (GIS), prepare business specifications for development; create test plans and signoff transportation to production system.
· Participate in global teams / conferences to deploy projects in the region: train relevant ITC’s in the region, create and update documentation, support business during deployment.
Skills:
· A minimum of 5 years of experience is required on one of the below modules
o SAP MM PURCHASING: support in a manufacturing environment, ideally SRM.
o SAP QM: support in a manufacturing environment.
· Analysis and problem solving skills, proven ability to understand and translate business requirements effectively.
· Good interpersonal skills to effectively work closely as part of a team during SAP implementations across multiple cultures.
· Customer Service skills that demonstrate the ability to respond to user problems with a sense of urgency.
· Experience in ERP project lifecycle implementation and support (preferably SAP ECC 6.0 or higher).
· Ability to travel extensively (mainly in Europe) to support SAP implementation projects.
· Fluent in both written and spoken English (German language skills would be a plus).
