Projektkurzbeschreibung:
Customer is rolling out a global SAP Template to all its production sites and branches
The Template is based on an Internal Best Practice system and already works for several Customer business units
The scope covers the main business processes with reference to the following modules:

Finance and Controlling (FI-CO)
Production control and planning (PP)
Materials Management (MM & WM)
Sales & Distribution (SD) incl. Return function (QM) Customer is requested to support the data migration and solution testing along with the Go Live for the project in Tulle (France), the Go live being planned in January 2013.
BW is planning the SAP implementation in Monaco and Germany in 2013 / 2014 after the Go Live in Tulle.

Aufgabenbeschreibung:
After application of SAP packages, testing of the data migration programs and the already developed solution with defect resolution to secure the cutover operations and ensure a successful go live in January 2013.
Implementation of harmonized and standardized processes based on the global Customer template Enterprise SAP Building up Customer project methodology and SAP template knowledge within Customer.

Rolle des Beraters:
Full data migration (tests the data migration tools and prepare the test system with data), Full retesting of the solution & associated defect resolution,
Go-live Support
