Tätigkeit:For one of our clients from the finance sector we are looking for a service implementation consultant (f/m). The position includes the following tasks: organization, execution and documentation of meetings with all impacted line organizations, cross project coordination and planning of release weekend, create and find consensus for transition/migration plan with involved parties, creation of documents related to the simulation and production introduction, manage cross project dependencies and their impact on project, coordination of all involved internal departments, reporting for different recipients, maintain close relationship management with the involved stakeholders, organize and track the activities of involved departments and project teams for rollout of new releases, elaboration, consolidation and tracking of an activity list for all impacted line and project organizations, track and escalate issues posing a risk for the production introduction, track and support solution of technical and functional issues, coordinate and communicate delivery schedule for new software versions in simulation and production. Required skills: consultant with minimum of 2-years experience in projects involving software transition and/or software rollout, show ability for detailed planning and execution of a software transition. The position requires excellent co-ordination and communication skills, mediation and presentation skills, a structured working method, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, general functional knowledge of securities settlement, business proficiency in spoken and written German and English, highly motivated and engaging positively assertive nature and MS Office skills. General risk management knowledge and MS project experience are advantageous. Project start: July 2015. Project end: 31.12.2015 (possible extension). Assignment location: Rhine-Main Area.
