Skills:
- Maximo / Service Management Architect.
- Architectural/ SME skill in Service Mgmt & Tools to analysis HPSC versus SCCD to allow tool decision.
- Knowledge of integrated Service Mgmt Tool Landscapes, means ability to compare highly complex Service Mgmt Tools (AS-IS/ TARGET).
- Talking about the Service Mgmt tool landscape means also knowledge about ISM/ SCCD reporting capabilities and integrations for reporting purposes.
- Deep insight to ISM/ SCCD with Quickstart
- Example: Our architect needs to have the ability to know or to find out, if for example a work flow in the current tool landscape could be technically implemented in ISM/ SCCD. This includes knowledge about the interfacing capabilities of ISM/ SCCD as well as deep knowledge about the CCMDB and the relationship between assets and CIs.
- German language skill appreciated due to existing documentation only partially available in German
- Ability to prepare decision memos for senior management
- Understanding of compliance related dependencies
- Senior architectural skills (good communication to management and SMEs)
- Strong ability to drive a structured and efficient analysis
