Beschreibung:• Ensure the operational stability and service quality of the required solutions, also by means of on call services and flexible working hours
• Guidance of the operations and support teams in India and other globally distributed AMOS locations as well as 3rd level support of products and solutions in close collaboration with the hardware and software vendors
• Involvement into incident, problem and crisis management and support of change and service requests
• Cooperation with and supervision of AMOS strategic partners in the areas of global networks, data centers and security, escalation engineering and contact management towards the partners, customers and other AMOS units, in particular the Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Involvement in and support of the Allianz IT Transformation (AIT) programs and assistance of AMOS and Allianz customers and clients during service delivery
• Continuous improvement and enhancement of existing technical solutions and deployment and maintenance of appropriate management, administration, monitoring, logging, reporting, backup and recovery systems
• Documentation of all deliverables, solutions, systems, infrastructure, processes and procedures as well as development and composition of new concepts, architectures and solutions Training of and knowledge transfer to the 2nd level operations team in India and other AMOS locations
• Market observation of all relevant technologies and products in the network security area
• Team working with network security engineers and administrators of other AMOS and Allianz entities and subsidiaries
Anforderungen
University degree in computer engineering or information technology or solid, long-term hands-on experience in IT and Network Security
• Excellent proficiency and professional skills of technologies, products, hard- and software of Network security, such as Firewalls, Proxies, VPN, Remote Access, IDS/IPS, Content Inspection, in particular from vendors Check Point, Cisco, Blue Coat, HP Tipping Point, EMC/RSA, Juniper/Pulse and Citrix. Certification for Check Point, Cisco, Citrix and Blue Coat desired
• Wide knowledge and proficiency in networking technologies, e.g. Switching, Routing, Voice/Video as well as Load Balancing
• Comprehensive knowledge of operating systems, in particular Linux
• Considerable practical skills and experience in development and documentation of concepts, designs and technical solution
papers, high proficiency in working with Microsoft Visio
• Acceptance of unsocial working times, readiness for on-call service and able to handle high work peaks
• Beneficial would be ITIL certification and excellent skills to work with the Microsoft Office suit
• Fluent English
