General
Ensure secure IT Environment and IT Systems by
- defining and implementing the future IT security strategy
- planning and execution of supporting projects
- establishing operational IT security services

Strategic responsibilities
- Define and implement the future global IT security strategy
- Improve the level of IT Security maturity to ensure sufficient protection and application security
- Establish and lead the future IT security team

Projects
- Implement operational tools and processes to ensure secure network, server, client systems e.g. monitoring, security log collection, reporting, provider and service management
- Define and implement appropriate Security Policies and Trainings
- Establish IT Security training and awareness within IT and non-IT departments
- Ensure security relevant requirements are met in IT projects

Daily Operations
- Ensure IT business continuity and disaster recovery exercises
- Perform regular IT asset vulnerability assessments globally, e.g. penetration tests , cyber attack simulations etc.
- Alarm and log cases of security breaches
- Fix critical security issues and a day-to-day basis
- Provide structural reporting throughout hierarchy levels via periodic reports
- Provider management (direct and indirect) - 5+ years of experience in equivalent projects
- Very good understanding of ITSM, ITIL processes, certification benefitial
- Experience with Managed Services and Management of external Service Providers
- Very good German and English written and verbal
